The new version is out and it enables users to control the volume key speed in 4 ways for setting the focus and zoom manually. Values for this are “Linear Range”,”Smooth Range: Quality”, “Smooth Range: Intermediate”, and “Smooth Range: Fast”.
For the linear range setting this will increment the zoom values 1x at a time, and for the focus values this will step through the range of the camera for a maximum of 100 steps.
For the smooth range options this will step through a range of 10000 steps for the range allowed for the zoom and focus values. By varying the length of time the volume up or down keys are held will alter in increasing amount the steps the value changes at for both the zoom and the focus settings.
Note that when using the smooth range stepping values the setting for using either a linear or logarithmic stepping will be applied to the value ranges.
