This privacy policy governs your use of the software application CK47 Pro (“The Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Draekko RAND. The Application is a photography contact, and release management, and listings tools app for mobile devices.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
• User Provided Information
None of the information provided by you into The Application can be used by us. No personally identifiable information is provided to us from The Application. All information entered into The Application remains within it. Only user initiated actions will cause data to be shared.
• Automatically Collected Information
No personal information is automatically collected by us or The Application.
• Does the Application collect precise real time location information of
the device?
Real time location information is not collected. The Appplications does share your location when requesting mapping information from map services such as Google Maps, Mapquest, or with OpenStreetMap but only for use in releases you generate with The Application.
• Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by The Application?
No third party can have access to The Application as no personal or identifiable information is collected. Only user initiated actions will cause data to be shared.
• Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
No data is retain by us, all information entered into The Application remains within it.
• Automatic Data Collection and Advertising
Analaytics and advertising are not used within the app.
• Children
We do not use The Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. We do not collect any information but if a parent or guardian has any concerns about The Application they should contact us at info@draekko.com.

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. For example we provided electronics means to safeguard your data in The Application by encrypting the data stored on your mobile devices. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for your information The Application processes and maintains, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches or data loss.
